Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Tilson’s Guide Service website. The site does not offer visitor accounts, public comments, customer uploads, or an on-site payment system.
Contact-form information
When you submit the contact form, Tilson’s Guide Service receives the information you choose to enter so Captain Erik can respond to your question or trip inquiry. Do not submit payment-card information or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Contact-form information is used to respond to the inquiry, plan requested services, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function, and delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service. Turnstile evaluates technical and browser signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. The website does not save inquiry bodies or Turnstile tokens in the repository or intentionally write them to application logs. Cloudflare and Amazon may process technical and delivery information under their respective service terms and privacy practices.
Booking through Square
The booking buttons open Square on a separate website. Square may collect appointment, contact, device, and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. This website does not collect or store payment-card details.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is planned to be delivered through Cloudflare. Like other hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, traffic-routing data, requested URLs, browser or system information, and security events to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 is available only after you choose “Allow analytics.” If you allow it, the site measures aggregate visits and interactions such as clicks to call, clicks to the external Square booking page, and successful contact-form submissions. Contact-form answers, names, telephone numbers, and other inquiry details are not sent to Google Analytics.
Analytics is configured without Google signals or advertising-personalization signals. Your choice is saved in your browser so the site can remember it. If you decline, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Cloudflare security features and external services you choose to visit may separately use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

Google Maps reviews
The homepage and customer-reviews page may request current public rating and review information for Tilson’s Guide Service through Google Places API. Google provides the rating, review count, reviewer attribution, review text, publication information, and links to the source reviews. The website displays this information without storing the review content and does not use it for advertising personalization.
Google may receive technical request information when this feature is used. Review-author profile images are loaded from Google only when Google returns one for the displayed review. Review content is selected and ordered by Google Maps for relevance.
Private content administration
Approved Tilson's Guide Service and Pixl Envy administrators may use a separate access-controlled portal to review aggregate search reporting and prepare fishing-report drafts. This portal is not available to website visitors and does not receive customer inquiries or booking records.
If an authorized administrator connects the business YouTube channel, the portal uses Google OAuth and the official YouTube Data API to read channel video metadata and retrieve a caption track only for a video that account is allowed to manage. The authorization token is encrypted. An administrator may disconnect the channel to revoke the grant and remove the stored token.
Authorized caption text, or an original media file an administrator confirms the business may process, may be sent to OpenAI to produce a report draft. The portal does not save caption text or uploaded media in the website repository or its data store. OpenAI may process service data under the API account's data controls and applicable terms. Generated copy requires human review and is not published automatically.
Sharing and selling information
Tilson’s Guide Service does not sell contact-form information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, deliver a message, manage a booking, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect legal rights.
Your choices
You may ask about contact-form information associated with you or request a correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Use the website contact form or call Tilson’s Guide Service to make a request.
Policy updates
This policy will be updated if the website changes its analytics, contact-form provider, or other material handling of visitor information. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
